Jan Vervoort, Business Continuity Manager at the Flemish Transport Company, De Lijn, first came into contact with Anchr in 2017. The presentation on Adaptive Case Management regarding CMMN sparked his interest in what ACM could mean for De Lijn. Upon request, Anchr (then still AXI) organised a two-day workshop on CMMN & flexible file management.
