At Anchr, we really enjoy giving compliments
Every year, Anchr organizes a genuine compliments campaign
From 14 February to 1 March 2023, colleagues can send messages and accolades to each other through various channels.
This can be done completely 'old school' with a nice card that can be customised to personal taste, but Anchr wouldn't be an IT company if our colleagues from the M365 team hadn't built a compliments tool based on Power Automate.
If you send an online message this way, the recipient will receive it immediately via a MS Teams message. Written messages are collected in a box per office and will be distributed via internal mail on 1 March - National Compliment Day.
A small gesture makes a big difference

In recent years, we have seen that compliment messages have been shared and received with great enthusiasm among our colleagues. This year, on 1 March, 276 digital and 177 written compliments were distributed across the 3 Anchr offices.
